This course explores the use of computer-assisted cartography in the development of contour (isarithmic) maps. Topics include continuous field data sampling, interpolation analysis, trend and residual surface development, kriging, calculated surfaces, and cartographic modeling. Three lecture hours per week. Not open to students who have received credit for GGR444.
