Doctorate: EdD from Nova Southeastern University in Higher Education Leadership 98-2007. Research included study re: nursing students with ADD in the clinical area; the essential functions of nursing students  at the SSC SON; development of a narcotic weaning tool for children and adolescents; the evaluation of an educational poster initiative by the MGH Nursing Research Committee; the development of a supplement DVD on Growth and Development for the pediatric course at SSC SON with a plan for evaluation.
