Professional Biography
Sandra Whittier has taught Nursing Research at SSU for 8 years. She is a graduate of the BSN program (1989) and the MSN program (1998) at SSU. Sandra has been selected for Who's Who in American 1190-1991 and 1992-1993. A practicing nurse for over 40 years, the last 31 were spent in Home Health Nursing. She has published extensively on Home Health subjects, is a member of the Editorial Borad of Home Healthcare Nurse. She is a founding member of the ICHNO, an international home health nursing organization. Sandra has been certified by the ANA in Home Health Nursing since 1993, and in Nursing Administration 1998-2003.
