Description
This course provides students with lecture and laboratory-based introduction to, and application of, nursing skills in clinical settings. Topics will include nursing process, evidence-based practice, critical thinking, psychosocial and physiological needs, and patient safety. Open only to and required of students enrolled in the Direct Entry MSN Program. Two lecture hours per week and six laboratory/clinical hours per week.
