Master of Science (MS) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology

The Industrial/Organizational Psychology program enables you to apply the study of psychology to the workplace. Graduates pursue careers in human resources and organizational development and doctoral study.

You will complete coursework in psychology and business, including organizational development, work motivation, industrial and labor relations, and attitude theory. You'll also gain valuable experience through the required internship.

The program, which is unique to this region, follows guidelines set by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Inc. (SIOP).
