About the Degree

The BS in Business Administration is a broad-based degree that provides breadth across the full range of business topics. All students in the Business Administration program take the same core set of business courses in accounting, business law, finance, management, MIS, marketing, operations management, and quantitative analysis. Students then choose from one of eleven business concentrations:

  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Management
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Human Resource Management
  • Hospitality Management
  • International Business
  • Marketing
  • Operations and Decision Sciences
  • Management Information Systems

Students may enter the BSBA program either with a declared concentration or as an "undeclared business major". The undeclared option allows students who know they want business, but are not sure of their preferred subdiscipline the chance to sample courses in areas they may have an interest in before making a firm commitment.
