Description
This course develops the expressive powers of the student through practice in the oral interpretation of literature including prose, poetry, and drama. Students analyze a piece of literature, determine the author's meaning and communicate that meaning to an audience through the appropriate use of body and voice. Emphaisi is on solo performance work. Three lecture hours per week.
