Description
This course focuses on the theories, approaches and techniques of public policy analysis. Tailored to allow students to pursue in depth research on policy areas of interest to them such as energy independence, wildlife management, poverty reduction, or other issues, the course examines the relationship between politics and policy content. Students will gain experience and skills in analyzing and formulating public policy. It is recommended that students take POL201 or POL219 before enrolling in this course. Three lecture hours per week.
