A brand new Spanish graduate course will be offered Spring 2012.

When: Thursday  4:30-6:50 pm

We will explore the works of 20th c. women authors in their social, historical and literary reality. Conducted in Spanish.

What is a modern woman? Who has the political power? What does solidarity mean? How are ideas of change presented? Where is the love? Mothers and daughters… 

Ana María Matute, Rosa Montero, Almudena Grandes, Elena Poniatowska, Cristina Peri Rossi and others will help us understand the aspirations of women and men in a changing world.
