Professional Biography
Before and since receiving my Ph.D. from Syracuse Universiy I have been teaching Organizational Behavior and related courses since 1976. I was on the faculty of Suffolk University before coming to Salem State in 1987, as Associate Professor. I served as Chair of the Management Depart from 2006 through 2009.
Professional Interests
My primary professional interest is to teach my students the theoretical/conceptual basis of organizational behavior, as well as its practical applications.
My current reseach interest is older workers, focusing on the process by which older individuals are recruited and hired.
Responsibilities
Teaching, advising (formally and informally), service on campus wide, Bertolon School of Business and Management Department committees.
Personal Interests
Family and friends, spending time in NYC, jazz, 20th century American history, artisan jewelry, walking Lake Quannapowitt.
