Internships
All students enrolled in the School of Nursing are required to complete a clinical practicum in each of these areas:
- Fundamentals
- Adult Health
- Critical Care
- Mental Health
- Pediatrics
- Public Health
- Rehabilitation
Nursing majors must:
- Provide their own transportation to their clinical placements
- Complete and pass a CORI (Criminal Offenders Record Information) check prior to beginning their clinical
- Be CPR certified prior to clinical placement and maintain that certification throughout their program
