Description
This course is built around three major themes: (1) adult development; (2) the culture of educational organizations; and (3) teachers as leaders. The class will work through current readings, individual and group experiences, and their own reflection and writing to develop a greater sense of empowerment. Participants will develop the knowledge and skills to be articulate influences of educational practices at local, state and national levels.
