First-year majors are required to complete the college’s first-year writing courses, typically ENG 101 and ENG 103, Composition II for English Majors. During the sophomore year, English majors should fulfill their core distribution literature sequence by enrolling in ENG296 Classics of World Literature I, and ENG297 Classics of World Literature II.
