Depending on your enrollment status, the program in which you are matriculated and your financial eligibility, financial aid may be available.

* Charged to students carrying nine credits or more. Enrollment period is August 1, 2009, to July 31, 2010.

Eligibility

To be eligible for financial aid, graduate students must:

• File a Free Application for Federal Student Aid
• Have a valid Social Security number
• Be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen
• Be accepted and enrolled in at least six credits of a degree program. At this time Salem State, does not award financial aid for certificate programs.
• Not be in default on any previous graduate or undergraduate educational loan
