Professional Biography

Jacqueline Landau, Ph.D. (New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University) is an Associate Professor at Salem State University.  She teaches human resources and organizational behavior courses and has written over 20 articles and book chapters for leading management publications.  She has also served as a consultant for several organizations including: Siemens, Sara Lee Asia Pacific, Aramark, Eastern Point Consulting, Cornell University, and Lesley University.
