Such topics as crimes, intentional torts, negligence, and strict liability are presented. Contracts, as they apply to Business Law, the Uniform Commercial Code and contracts covered by it, including consumer transactions; and the law of agency, including contract rights and liabilities of the principal and agent, are covered comprehensively. Three lecture hours per week.
