Description

This course enables students to attain an understanding of the dynamic relationship between nutrition and the human body. This course prepares students to engage in preventive and dietary management techniques as related to nutritional requirements and athletic and physical performance. Three lecture hours per week. Required for ATR majors, Exercise Science and Health Education Concentrations, Open to all students who have not received credit for SFL 240, SFL 240A or SFL 240B. This course meets the Personal Growth and Responsibility general education category.
