Description
This course is a continuation of Music Theory III. Topics include Impressionism, atonality, pitch-class sets, serialism, and developments in rhythm, texture, and notation in the early 20th century. It is strongly recommended that students take this course concurrently with MUS370. Three lecture hours per week. Required of all Music majors.
