Master of Science (MS) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Our master of science in industrial/organizational Psychology program prepares students for careers in human resources, organizational development, change management and leadership development. As a leader in the field, we offer the only industrial/organizational psychology master’s program in the Boston area.  Our curriculum follows the guidelines developed by the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology for master’s degree programs in I/O psychology, which is the dominant professional society. 

This program requires a total of 42 credits. Prerequisite courses are required depending on background. Students enrolled full-time can complete this program within two years. Part-time students can complete this program in three or four years depending on the number of courses taken per semester.
