Description
Elective for non-English majors, free elective for English majors, focusing on the literary treatment of the search for God. Readings include the Bible, the Koran, and such writers as Donne, Dickenson, Wiesel, and Milton. Three lecture hours per week. Not open to students who have received credit for ENG378.
