Summer 2014 Salem State University Music Department Northeast Jazz and Recording Camp July 13th - 18th!

Students at the 2010 SSU Jazz Camp

Registration is now open for the 5th Annual Salem State University Northeast Jazz and Recording Camp.
Camp dates are July 13 - 18, 2014

Check-in will be on Sunday, July 13 at 5 pm.
Check-out will be the evening of Friday, July 18 following the 7 pm closing performance in the Salem State University Recital Hall.

Deadline for registration is June 30, 2014.

The camp fee is $475 for day-only students and $600 for overnight students.
Fee includes all course materials as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day.

Register by April 30 and receive a $25 discount.
Contact us for information regarding family discounts for multiple camp attendees from the same family.

Please note: This year we are offering a recording-only track for students who are interested in an intensive week of recording and technology instruction. Students can opt for this track on the registration page. Students who select this track will NOT be placed in performance ensembles and should only select it if they are very interested in recording technology. 


A limited number of scholarships based on need and ability level are available. Interested students should submit an MP3 of a performance of no more than five minutes to Tom Palance at by June 1, 2014.
