Professional Biography
Robert A. Sanford Biography
Lecturer since 1999 at Salem State College the Bertolon School of Business (Day), the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Chemistry and Physics Department and the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education. My teaching experience, both traditional and online, includes: Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management, International Business, International Management, Leadership, Management Theory and Practice, Organizational Behavior, Business Policy and Strategy, Doing Business on the Internet, Conflict and Negotiation, Labor-Management Relations, Import/Export Management and Introduction to Business. My teaching experience also includes General Chemistry Life Sciences and Chemistry of Life Processes since the Fall of 2009. In addition to teaching assignments, I developed full online course lectures for both my business courses and science courses for use on Blackboard and testing material applicable to both traditional and online courses.
Additional academic experience includes:
Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management, Boston, MA, Sept. 2000 to June 2005 Adjunct Professor of Management. I taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior, Conflict and Negotiation, International Business, International Management, Entrepreneurship, Leading the Entrepreneurial Team, Management Theory and Practice.
