Infusing World Citizenship Skills in Today’s Classrooms
This two part workshop series promotes world citizenship through reflective practices, peace education studies and international exchange projects. It is designed for teachers, counselors and administrators, but all interested educators and community members are welcome.
Pack Your Bag Workshop: A Place Based Workshop
This presentation presents a successful model for teaching global themes through a place-based education program that networks schools and school children around the globe. The workshop is a preliminary event for the school based Pack Your Bag project to be implemented at Horace Mann Laboratory School in spring semester 2012.
