The CIE (8 Harrison Road) is located in a small green house on the lower South Campus of Salem State University, across the street from the Harrington Building and the faculty parking lot.

On the day of the test
- Please report to the test site 30 minutes before test time.
- Photo identification is required (passport, driver's license or school ID).
- Test takers who arrive after the test begins will not be permitted to take the exam.

In person: bring $25 (check or money order made out to "Salem State University") to:

By mail: Please send your name, phone number, email and $25 (check or money order made out to "Salem State University"). Be sure to indicate on which date you want to take the test.

Note: You will not be officially registered for the exam until we receive your payment of $25. The test fee is non-refundable. Institutional TOEFL scores may be used for admission only to Salem State University undergraduate and graduate programs. Institutional TOEFL scores will not be given out by phone. They must be picked up in person at 8 Harrison Road. They may also be sent by email.
