Retirement Management Analyst Designation

Presented by the Retirement Income Industry Association (RIIAsm)

July 13 – 17, 2015
(This program has been approved for 28 CFP credits)

If you have three or more years of experience as a financial advisor, earning the Retirement Management Analyst (RMA®) credential would demonstrate to your clients and business partners that you have mastered the retirement planning advisory process. Based on the RMA Body of Knowledge,  this program focuses on the skills and tools needed to assist clients with investment accumulation, and more importantly, income protection and distribution throughout the retirement years.

The RMA program has two levels of study. Level 1 provides a broad understanding of the concepts. Level 2 focuses on mastery of the details.  Passing the Level 1 exam grants the successful candidate the right to use the following mark: “RMA® Candidate Level 1”. To earn the RMA® designation, Level 1 graduates need to complete a Level 2 Approved Course of Study and pass the RMA Level 2 exam. Candidates for the RMA® designation can take Level 1 and 2 at the same time. Passing the Level 1 and 2 exams grants the right to use the following marks, “Retirement Management Analyst®” and/or “RMA®“.
