Lady Vikings host Hiram

A carry-over effect from last season’s Sweet 16 NCAA tournament run had the Salem State men’s basketball team ranked among the Division 3 elite at the outset of this 2009-10 campaign. Coach Chris Harvey, in his third season at the helm, maintains that this year’s focus “is not on where we start, but where we finish.”

The long road to another NCAA tournament continues over the holiday break when the Vikings host Clark and Babson during the Salem State Holiday Class at the Twohig Gymnasium on December 29 and December 30. Both games are at 7 pm.

The Salem State women host Hiram College on December 29 at 5 pm with a follow-up game yet to be announced.
