Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Description: Assist with the operation and programs of the Annual Giving Office (Annual Fund, Parent and Student Giving). Responsibilities will include data entry, mailings, event registration and preparation, update profile information on alumni records and will serve as a member of the Student Philanthropy Council. Provide office and administrative assistance as they arise within the department including receiving and directing incoming calls. Up to 20 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications: The ideal candidate must possess an eagerness to be involved in skill building projects and have good organizational skills, the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and a familiarity with databases. The candidate must be pleasant, able to work independently and have a strong work ethic. Key qualities include: detail oriented, multi-tasking, reliable and accurate, works well with others in a professional manner.
Hourly Wage: $10.00
