Competent working knowledge of online student services, navigator, email, WebCT & wireless. Ability to assist or led training classes during Freshman orientation & testing. Familiar with Dell laptops. Willingness to learn. Mature attitude required with ability to work with minimal supervision. Good interpersonal skills. Strong software & hardware troubleshooting skills. Good knowledge of online student services & wireless skills. Good time management skills. Excellent customer service skills.
