| Job Description: | Looking especially for morning help, opening Lab @ 8am. Supervise microcomputer labs; provide assistance to users in lab; trouble shoot hardware & software problems; assist in documentation; basic knowledge of peripherals (I.e printers, scanners, etc.) Working knowledge of Salem State University network, I.e navigator, email, WebCT, and wireless connectivity. Assist students with connectivity to above functions. Basic knowledge of laptops. Mature attitude required with ability to work with little supervision; good interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of computers; willingness to share skill with others. Excellent customer service skills. |
