The Information Technology Services team has been hard at work getting a new email system up and running for staff and faculty! Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 is the industry’s leading server for e-mail, calendaring, and unified messaging. It provides a reliable messaging system, with built-in protection against spam and viruses. Using Exchange 2007, users throughout our school can access e-mail, voice mail, calendars, and contacts from a wide variety of devices and from any location.

Will anyone be helping me?
YES! We will have staff helpers in every building to help departments settle into the new system. Each department will have a contact person along with a technician. We will help you get into your new profile and ensure you can send and receive mail. And, you can email your questions to it-heldesk@salemstate.edu.
