Training is available for new employees or can be taken as a refresher class for current employees who want to learn the newest features.

Grainger - For all employees who order maintenance, repair, operational supplies, equipment, and safety supplies.
Staples Advantage - For all employees who order office supplies, janitorial supplies and IT supplies under $1,000; it is imperative that you know how to find and use our website with our contract pricing and password from Staples Advantage.
|Dupli - For all employees who order stationery, envelopes, name badges and Salem State promotional products.||11-12 pm|
|JPMC Procurement Card (ProCard) - For all employees who have a Procard, use a ProCard and/or review and approve Procard(s).||1-2 pm|
|PeopleSoft Requisitioning - For all employees who use PeopleSoft for requisitioning.||2-3 pm|
|Contracts - For all employees who order goods and services, it is imperative that you know how to find and use the State, MHEC, E&I, and University contracts.||3-4 pm|
|Q&A session - For all employees who have general questions regarding the purchasing department. This is an open time to address any questions an individual may have.||4-5 pm|
Training and refresher courses are conducted on a request basis for new and current employees after profiles have been created.
