Training is available for new employees or can be taken as a refresher class for current employees who want to learn the newest features.

All training will be held in the new HR Training Room located in the Administration Building Room 103M

Thursday, January 14th, 2016 Training Schedule Time

Grainger - For all employees who order maintenance, repair, operational supplies, equipment, and safety supplies.

9-10 am

Staples Advantage - For all employees who order office supplies, janitorial supplies and IT supplies under $1,000; it is imperative that you know how to find and use our website with our contract pricing and password from Staples Advantage.

10-11 am

Dupli - For all employees who order stationery, envelopes, name badges and Salem State promotional products. 11-12 pm
JPMC Procurement Card (ProCard) - For all employees who have a Procard, use a ProCard and/or review and approve Procard(s). 1-2 pm
PeopleSoft Requisitioning - For all employees who use PeopleSoft for requisitioning. 2-3 pm
Contracts - For all employees who order goods and services, it is imperative that you know how to find and use the State, MHEC, E&I, and University contracts. 3-4 pm
Q&A session - For all employees who have general questions regarding the purchasing department. This is an open time to address any questions an individual may have. 4-5 pm

Training and refresher courses are conducted on a request basis for new and current employees after profiles have been created.
