Auxiliary Services

The department's mission is to provide quality service to the university community and other customers, as well as to generate income to support a myriad of university endeavors including student projects, faculty computing and educational equipment.

Auxiliary Services is a support function of  Finance and Facilities, which provides contract oversight and management for auxiliary enterprises that include:

  • ATM services (Bank of America)
  • Bookstore operations (Follett)
  • ClipperCard
  • Dining services (Chartwells)
  • Food Vending Machines

These services are contracted to outside vendors in return for a commission payable to the university.

Evelyn Wilson, director of purchasing and vendor relations, is the liaison for the university with these operations. She is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of each of these operations, beginning with the bidding and negotiation of contracts through the provision of each service.
