Whether your question is about Navigator, Email or any other topic, The Information Technology Services Help Desk can answer many questions and is available to all  Salem State students, faculty, and staff.  If the friendly Help Line staff cannot answer your question, they will escalate  for resolution.

Laptop help

Bring your Dell laptop computer (and power cord) or to room 128 on Central Campus during support hours and get help with problems that are difficult to resolve over the phone or via email.
