Anti Virus
Viruses are released into the workplace on a daily basis, and are transmitted by email, computer disk, thumb drive, and over the Internet. More often than not, the viruses you hear about on the news will not affect your computer. Salem State uses Kaspersky Anti Virus for staff computers and Microsoft Essentials for students. If you think you have a computer virus, visit us on Central Campus for student assistance in removing. Staff should visit the repair center in the Stanley Building.

- Operating System - Patches and Updates
Click on your [Start] button and choose "Windows Update" to access the Microsoft website and download any updates needed for your computer. - Students can download Microsoft Essentials
