  • Classroom assistance to faculty in correcting problems with presentation equipment systems and technology teaching spaces
  • Testing, troubleshooting and repair of media equipment
  • Coordination of classroom system repairs with outside vendors and college departments
  • Projector lamp replacement and maintenance
  • Installation of new equipment components and related accessories 
  • Equipment operation training
