Mail Services

Campus Mail Pickup Points

Campus mail services are maintained on a Monday to Friday schedule, excepting holidays or school closings.  The college mail service provides delivery of mail that is inbound from the U.S. Postal Service to college personnel, as well as inter-campus mail.  Outgoing U.S. Mail handling is limited to college business accompanied by a signed mail requisition, or personal letters that have had proper postage applied.

Please note that Mail Services will make special arrangements to visit your area in the event that you have a very large mailing that cannot be ‘hand delivered’ to our pick-up points, call ext. 6012 for assistance. The following departments are designated as college mail delivery and pick-up locations:

*See Residence Director or other residence life staff at each building for more information on mail distribution practices for student residents. Residence Life oversees assignment of individual mail boxes, and sorting of mail into the boxes.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you deposit your personal mail  items in U.S. Postal deposit boxes around campus to assure the most secure and timely handling of your item. Locations include Lafayette Street in front of the Main Stage Theatre.
