Network and Phones
ITS is responsible for the "behind the scenes" computer operations of the College. With a diverse range of responsibilities, Infrastructure Services manages everything from the wiring infrastructure used for data, telecommunications and facilities, to the servers on which the PeopleSoft Administrative System resides. Other areas of responsibility include information backup, network security, e-mail services, ResNet and Internet connectivity.
The goal of Information Technology Services is to provide a stable, environment 24-hours x 7 with the exception of pre-determined downtimes for maintenance and upgrade purposes.
