Accessing Your Card Via Navigator
Navigator is accessible 24/7!
Log onto your navigator account and click on the ClipperCard tab. You should see three options:
- ClipperCard Balances and History, which allows you to check your balance and view your history.
- Add money to your ClipperCard, which allows you to deposit funds to your card with a credit or debit card. If you are adding funds to your card it will take 30 minutes to process the transaction before you are able to access those funds.
- Report your card lost or stolen, which allows you to turn your card 'off' 24/7 if it is misplaced or stolen so no one else but you can use your funds.
