Office Assistant
Great experience for Early Childhood Education or Social Work major looking for human service/agency experience.
Responsibilities
Provide all office and clerical services including, but not limited to:
- Word processing, filing, and copying
- General payroll ledger maintenance
- General reception duties, including greeting visitors
- Assist with special projects as assigned, including state licensing and accreditation, newsletter production, student registration, and maintenance of the Teacher and Parent Resource Room materials
Preferred Qualifications
- PeopleSoft experience desirable
- Accounting background helpful
Required Qualifications
- Excellent computer and proof-reading/editing skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and use of document/photo scanner
- Previous office experience
- Proven organizational skills
- Proficiency with English grammar
Shifts/Wages
- 15 - 20 hours per week
- Hourly Wage: $8.00
