Enrollment
The Preschool operates September through May for a total of 32 weeks, Monday through Friday, 8 am- 4 pm during the fall and spring academic terms. Early drop off at 7:30 am, and late pick up at 5:30 pm, are determined at registration each semester and are subject to change. Enrollment is on a semester-by-semester basis. The program is licensed for children ages 2.9 to five years of age.
A six week Summer Nature Program is also available. This program operates Monday- Friday, 8 am to 1 pm.
Children of full-time Salem State students receive first priority. Faculty, staff and community children are accepted thereafter. Average weekly enrollment is between 25 and 35 children, most attend on a part-time basis.
- Children are required to attend a minimum of two days for six hours a week
- Mornings, afternoons and full days are available
Children must arrive by 9 am to be a part of the morning program.
