Veterans Memorial Hall

Large function room, suitable for dances, concerts, speakers, dinners, workshops, etc. This room can be divided in half upon request. Built-in sound system, LCD projector and screen. Portable staging, air-conditioning is available.  

Capacity: Dinner – 196; Lecture – 250

Martin Luther King, Jr. Room

Medium-sized function room, suitable for luncheons, small dinners, speakers, receptions, and informal gatherings. Built-in computer, LCD projector and screen; carpeted and air–conditioned.

Capacity: Dinner – 60; Lecture – 80

Presidential Room

Conference room with conference table and upholstered chairs. Small side table available for coffee, etc. in room. 

Capacity: Conference Style – 12; Lecture Style – 25

The Underground

Medium-sized room, suitable for luncheons, small dinners, speakers, receptions, and informal gatherings. Built-in sound system, screen and carpeted.

The Metro

Marsh Hall Dining Commons

Central Campus Marsh Hall

Dining area with built-in screen, LCD projector, sound system and flat screen TV.  Seating marked by four sections accommodating approximately 100 in main section, 50 in two smaller front sections, and 75 behind the built-in screen.

North Campus

Three-tier facility seating approximately 175 on the first floor; 125 on the second floor; and 50 on the third floor in the Mezzanine. Sound system built-in.

Dining area seating approximately 80.

How To Plan An Event

  1. Plan Ahead: Involve students and advisors.
    1. Select program
    2. Secure financial support
    3. Avoid conflicting dates (via Clearance Form)
    4. Reserve Facility (via Clearance Form)
    5. Stay within university policies.
  2. Publicize: Inform and motivate campus community
  3. Provide: leadership and supervision to run the event properly.
  4. Follow-up:
    1. Return all equipment
    2. Pay all bills
    3. Evaluate your program
    4. Letters of thanks, if applicable, to those who helped your program
