Welcome to Salem State College.

Under the leadership of Provost and Academic Vice President Kristin Esterberg, the Office of Academic Affairs oversees the administration and assessment of academic programs and services throughout the college. 

Located in Meier Hall 250, the Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for processes such as academic hiring, administration of the MSCA contract, the tracking of recommendations through the governance system, faculty development, and many other aspects of college academic operations. The staff within academic affairs serve as a resource for members of the academic community with questions pertaining to policy and contracts.
