Program Orientation

Collen lat pull down

The Program Orientation is a 30-45 minute appointment with one of our trained exercise technicians. The Orientation covers proper warm-up/cool-down and stretching exercises as well as proper use of cardiovascular and strength machines. All new members are required to attend this appointment before admittance to the Wellness Center. While many of our new members have a basic understanding of fitness principles and exercise, we believe the Program Orientation is an important introduction to the Wellness Center for every new member.

How to prepare for your Program Orientation:

1. Obtain medical clearance from your physician if needed.
2.Wear comfortable clothes to your appointment (i.e., warm-ups and sneakers -- NO JEANS or DRESS SHOES)
3. Have a snack before your appointment
4. Bring water and a towel if you plan to stay for a workout after your Orientation
5. Bring any questions you may have about what we offer or how we can help you reach your goals!
