The program orientation is an optional 30-45 minute new member appointment with one of our trained exercise technicians. The orientation covers proper warm-up/cool-down and stretching exercises as well as proper use of cardiovascular and strength machines.
How to prepare for your program orientation:
1. Obtain medical clearance from your physician if needed.
2.Wear comfortable clothes to your appointment (i.e., warm-ups and sneakers -- NO JEANS or DRESS SHOES)
3. Have a snack before your appointment
4. Bring water and a towel if you plan to stay for a workout after your orientation
5. Bring any questions you may have about what we offer or how we can help you reach your goals!
