To promote a healthy lifestyle and to raise money for LifeBridge, the Northeast Animal Shelter and the Wellness Center.

- USATF certified course with one water station at about mile 2.0
- Snacks, juice and water at the finish line

- The first 250 pre-registered runners and walkers receive a T-shirt
- Race awards in 11 different categories
