Networking Cafe: Meet Wayne Webster - What's a biology major doing in business?

Photo of Wayne Webster

Join us for a conversation with Wayne Webster, Salem State University alumnus (BS in biology, class of 1974). Webster founded Proactics Consulting in 2003 to provide business planning and strategic acquisition support for diagnostic imaging clinics and hospitals seeking new opportunities in medical diagnostic imaging. He began his career as a nuclear chemist, working on cardiology solutions, then moved to the biotech arena, working with PET scanners, cyclotrons and radiation technology.

All students are welcome to enjoy Mr. Webster’s conversation, chat with him informally, and learn about his interesting career path and roadmap to success. Please come, eat cookies with your colleagues and meet some interesting people! We look forward to seeing you there.

Networking cafe is co-sponsored by the Center for Entrepreneurial Activity and the biology department.
