Support Salem State
Volunteers
Volunteers have provided a key means of support for Salem State since its establishment and strong volunteer partnerships are essential if the college is to carry out its mission. Active volunteers have made the difference for generations of our students and new faces and extra hands are always needed.
Some ways to reconnect or increase your engagement with Salem State include:
- Serving on your reunion committee: help plan alumni weekend activities with your classmates, and build support for your class gift
- Supporting our students as a mentor or tutor
- Joining alumni and faculty as a member of a club to support specific departments. Currently, the School of Social Work and the education and criminal justice departments have 'friends' organizations.
- Serving as a member of one of Salem State's volunteer boards or committees
