Faculty and Staff Walk-in Support/Repair Center
Walk-in technical support is available to all faculty and staff in the Stanley Building room 119 (first floor). Stop in for help with wireless/wired connection issues, anti-virus software or other technology concerns. For repair services, bring your Dell or Apple laptop computer (and power cord) to the Stanley Building during support hours.

Please note: The faculty and staff walk-in support/repair center and the helpdesk are closed during weekends and holidays.
Student Support Services
Student support services provides walk-in technical support to current Salem State students in the Central Campus classroom building, room 128, or at any ITS open computing lab and satellite locations around campus. During the academic year, students can visit for help with connectivity issues, anti-virus software or other technology questions.
