ITS Help Desk

ITS client support services is made up of a help desk, faculty and staff walk-in support/repair center, student support services, and many open computing labs and satellite support locations around campus. Our friendly staff is available to assist with your technology questions or concerns. We will answer your questions or help you to find the resources you need.

ITS Help Desk

The ITS help desk serves as the primary contact point for all information technology services. This is the place to start for all of your computer, printer, telephone, and networking questions or issues. Whether your question is about Navigator, email or any other technology topic, our friendly staff can assist you. This service is available to all Salem State students, faculty and staff.

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
