Learning Communities

SSU LLC Students and Lifebridge

Learning communities offer the opportunity to share a small, dynamic group learning experience connecting two or more courses in an exploration of a common theme. Working together with specially selected Salem State University faculty in small learning teams, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a learning experience designed to help you discover personal strengths and talents. Each community is limited to 20 students. Registration in one section of a learning community requires registration in all sections of that learning community.

Signing up for a learning community is easy. Make your selection by filling out the form below and emailing it to firstyear@salemstate.edu. You may also drop off the form directly to the FYE office located in Meier 115. Space is limited, so if you are interested, we encourage you to submit your materials early. You will be registered for the learning community courses PRIOR TO the registration period.
